Liquid Metal Sampling Device

This is a liquid metal sampling device, known as different name as Lolly Pop Sampler, Sampler Tips Steel Sampler, Bath Sampler, Disc & Pin Sampler, Molten Metal Sampler.

Ladle Covering Compound ( Radex)

Our Radex is husk base, contain exothermic compound and in nature. It is an excellent insulator, easily spreadable, gives pozzolo effect, with high melting point, and not react with steel and refractory.

Expendable Thermo Couple Tips

Continuous casting shop, CCM, Induction Furnace, Arc Furnace, All types of Ladle, Tundish, Crucible Foundries, etc. In short form it is known as T/C Tips, Temperature Tips.

It is a sensor to measure temperature of system continuously during its working whether cold or hot.

hese are fitted in front of lance pipe. When the temperature has to be taken, temperature tips is to be fitted in it. It should be properly, tightly fitted to complete the circuit .

Lance pipe is a most essential part of, molten metal temperature taking process with the help of temperature tips. It is made of stainless steel or mild steel( M.S) seamless pipe.

Temperature Indicator Meter

We can provide calibrated molten metal temperature indicator for steel melting shop / Induction Furnace/ CCM/ CCS etc with installation at shop & time to time calibration of meter and its service guarantee.

Chaplet is available in mild steel or stainless steel metal. It is made by using required size & thickness of metal sheet and rod of required dia & length, by riveting process.
